How the two fit together

Plumbers Pro is the brand and the software: the application, the X-Mod review, and the contractor dashboard we're building. It exists to make buying and keeping business insurance take less of a contractor's day.

Pembroke Insurance Solutions is the licensed insurance agency. Pembroke's licensed producers review every submission, place coverage with carriers, and are accountable for the advice given and the policies placed. Plumbers Pro does not issue insurance and is not an insurer.

What we will and won't say

We'll tell you when a market declines youand why, as far as the carrier tells us.

We'll show the whole premiumincluding fees and taxes, before you decide.

We won't claim savings we can't supportNo "contractors save 40%" numbers without data behind them.

We won't publish testimonials we didn't earnWhen real customers say something worth quoting, it goes here with their name.

What's live today, and what isn't

Live: The quote application, the X-Mod review request and the contact form. Each one reaches a licensed producer at Pembroke.
Illustrative: The X-Mod calculator. It works from numbers you enter and is not connected to WCIRB.
Preview: The contractor dashboard. It shows sample data for a fictional company so you can see where this is going. Customer accounts are not available yet.
Not offered: Instant online quotes or binding. Every quote comes from a carrier after underwriting review.

Casey Sullivan is a licensed insurance producer with Pembroke Insurance Solutions and the author of the guides and FAQ answers on Plumbers Pro. Every published answer carries the date it was last reviewed and links to the California statute, CSLB page or WCIRB document it relies on; figures that cannot be sourced are left out rather than estimated.
